I anticipated somewhat more with this particular shower head. First of all there were no washer pieces but The good thing is we experienced some spares, so probably not a big factor. I obtained this Sept. 2011 and these days, Feb. two, 2012 the hose broke off when I experienced the placing on off whilst showering.The hand shower worked effectively
